- You can access unlimited courses however, you can't access them all at the same time. We have a fair use policy in order to protect the site and not overwhelm members. Choose a course or two you want to study now and when you have finished with those, please choose the next one or two.
- The live racks have a fair use limit of 2 hours per day. This is to respect other users who also have exams booked. If you abuse the racks system or wipe images then you will be banned from using it.
- If you want to cancel then please log a ticket. Don't e-mail or call us because we need a ticket number for authenticity. If you fail to log a ticket then your account will continue to run live.
- If you fail to cancel but then issue a chargeback we reserve the right to claim back from you all costs incurred fighting the chargeback and charges levied against us by the merchant account.
- Please be nice. Don't abuse or insult other members or support staff. We have feelings too.
